REFUND POLICY

At Vegan King, every order is prepared fresh in our ghost kitchen specifically for you. Because of the nature of made-to-order food, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once an order has been placed—whether online, through our website, or through a third-party delivery platform.

However, we understand that exceptional situations may occur. The details below explain how we handle those rare cases.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once your order is submitted and the preparation process begins:

  • We cannot cancel the order

  • We cannot issue refunds due to a change of mind

  • We cannot issue refunds for taste preferences

  • We cannot issue refunds for ordering the wrong items

  • We cannot issue refunds if you are unavailable to receive the delivery

This applies to orders placed directly with Vegan King or through delivery apps such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub.

2. Order Accuracy & Quality Concerns

While sales are final, we want every customer to receive exactly what they paid for.
We may offer a resolution only in the following situations:

A. Incorrect Items

If the kitchen prepared the wrong item(s) relative to your order.

B. Missing Items

If an item you paid for was not included.

C. Food Safety Issues

If an item arrives unsafe for consumption.

In these cases, at our discretion, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item

  • A partial credit toward a future order

  • A full credit toward a future order (rare cases)

Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and are issued only in confirmed, exceptional circumstances.

3. Delivery-Related Issues

If you ordered through a third-party delivery platform (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, etc.):

  • Delivery delays

  • Cold food due to driver timing

  • Driver mishandling

  • Incomplete deliveries

  • Incorrect drop-off locations

must be handled directly with the delivery app, as they control the delivery process.

Vegan King is not responsible for delivery-related issues once the order leaves our kitchen.

4. Proof & Time Window

To qualify for support in one of the valid cases listed above, customers must:

  • Contact us within 30 minutes of delivery or pickup

  • Provide the order number

  • Submit clear photos showing the issue (if applicable)

This helps us verify the problem and maintain consistent quality control.
