2. Ordering & Payment

A. Orders

When you place an order through Vegan King or a partnered third-party delivery service, you agree that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and complete

  • You are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct

  • You understand that items may occasionally be unavailable due to supply or kitchen limitations

B. Payments

  • Payments must be made at the time of ordering.

  • We accept payment methods shown during checkout.

  • We do not store credit card information; payments are securely processed by third-party providers.

C. Pricing

Prices may change based on availability, promotions, or operational needs.
Taxes, fees, and delivery charges may apply.

3. Delivery & Pickup

As a ghost kitchen, we operate for delivery and online order fulfillment only.

A. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Weather

  • Traffic

  • Order volume

  • Delivery partner delays

Once an order leaves our kitchen, responsibility for delivery transfers to the delivery service you selected at checkout.

B. Third-Party Apps

If you order through Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, or another delivery platform:

  • Their terms, pricing, and timing apply

  • Vegan King is not responsible for their errors or delays

  • Any delivery disputes should be handled directly with the platform used

4. Cancellations, Modifications & Refunds

A. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once food preparation has begun.
If you placed an order in error, contact us immediately—cancellation is not guaranteed.

B. Modifications

We cannot guarantee modifications once an order is submitted, but we will try when possible.

C. Refunds

Refunds may be issued when:

  • There is a confirmed order error

  • Items are missing

  • The order is incorrect due to our mistake

  • Food arrives unsafe for consumption

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Taste preferences

  • Delivery delays caused by third-party apps

  • Incorrect addresses or failure to be available for delivery

  • Items you forgot to order or no longer want

Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the order unless otherwise stated.

5. Allergies & Dietary Needs

Vegan King uses shared equipment and kitchens. While our menu is 100% vegan, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and contacting us with any questions before ordering.

We are not liable for allergic reactions or misinterpretations of menu items.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vegan King website—including branding, images, logos, text, menus, and design—is the property of Vegan King and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not use, copy, republish, or reproduce any content without written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party services such as delivery platforms or payment processors.
We do not control these sites and are not responsible for:

  • Their content

  • Their privacy practices

  • Their terms and conditions

Use third-party platforms at your own risk.

8. Promotions & Discounts

  • Require entering a promo code

  • Not combine with other offers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vegan King is not liable for:

  • Issues caused by third-party platforms

  • Losses resulting from inaccurate order information

  • Allergic reactions

  • Website downtime or technical issues

  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
